Hi kids,
Your doctor has made an appointment for you to come and see me in my clinic. You will be coming with a grown up, and they will stay with you for the whole time. If you like, you can bring a bear as well. I have some toys in my clinic room too, and some colouring. When you see me, I will have lots of questions for your grown up, and some for you as well. I might even give you some homework to do after you see me! If you have any questions for me, you can ask them. There are some photos of me on this website so you will know what I look like when you come in. See if you can find the picture of me on the swing!
